북한 탄도미사일 발사, 유엔 안보리 긴급회의 소집

북한이 동해상으로 탄도미사일 2발을 발사한 것으로 전해졌다. 한국 합동참모본부에 따르면 미사일은 약 700킬로미터를 비행한 것으로 탐지됐다. 미사일이 일본 배타적 경제수역(EEZ) 밖에 낙하한 것으로 일본 방위성이 발표했다. 이번 발사가 새로운 대륙간탄도미사일(ICBM) 기술을 시험한 것으로 분석됐다.
